What about some advice?

First week of work wasn't as fun as I expected. Thinking back, I never did expected anything but what they promised. A cooler compensation package, work with methodologies and help from a career coach.

Very reasons I left my first job was basically (i felt) I wanted more. To be specific to work with a methodology, I just wanted schedules to be followed, documents to be created, and a clear line of where I would be going. Which my new company was offering.

So here I was on my first week.. Looking back I asked the HR, what will i do on my first day? She said some admin tasks then briefing with the PM, TL and supervisor.. Then for the next 2 weeks relax ka muna.. Aral aral...

Sa case nila Esmee at Jaycee, ganun nga naman sila... Pinagbabasa pa sila ng documents about insurance.. OO nga pala wala akong alam sa insurance.. Alam ko lang yung mga basic stuff na kinuwento pero yung terms like reinsurance, treaties.. Hello... head ache..

Tapos, end ng first week. Nalaman ko. Delayed na pala ako ng one month. I was schedule to begin on Aug. 18 and was expected in September 5 when I old the HR that I was going to start on September 8. Sabi ko na lang.. Challenge lang yan...

Pero Nakakapressure talaga... Sobrang litong lito na din ako...

Hindi ko actually alam na gagawin.. Kasi mejo nadedepressed na ako kapag naiisip kong hindi ko ata kayang humabol... Napapatunganga na lang ako pag uwi...

Kinakapa ko pa lang at meron na naman akong napin point na error.. Pero hindi pa talaga ako familiar sa floe ng program.. Ginagapang ko pa din...

Ewan ko naprepressure na talaga ako hindi ko na alam gagawin...

Try ko kausapin hr about sa sitwasyon ko hihingi ng advice.. then I bring up ko sa TL ko...

Hirap kasi ka-bago bago ko tapos meron na akong 1 month's worth of work tapos may naka-schedule pa sa aken.. tapos wala pa akong schedule para aralin yung process at architecture... Na madaming layers...

Iniisip ko na nga lang din magpa-tanggal na lang ako... 115% severance pay.. Pangit nga lang yung record ko...
