Any ideas why...

I've subscribed to PLDt myDSL for my apartment and our house sa QC...

I get around 40 kb/s of download speed kapag nasa apartment and i get double the speed kapag nasa QC..

I'm using the same computer and both lines have the same plan 1299 with phone line..

Any ideas on what's the difference..

I called 171 but we all know what that will solve...

NOTHING.... PLDT Customer Service is the worst in the country, possibly Asia, maybe in the world or in the whole universe...
