Karera Lakas Pilipinas Perk: Free Workout Sessions at the Marine Fitness Park

One of the perks of joining, Karera Lakas Pilipinas is the opportunity to workout at the Marine Fitness Park. Here are our marine servicemen showing us how it is done.




A session includes doing situps, rope climbs, parallel bars, tire flips, running through tires, ropes, pullups, pushups and a lot more.

This is worth a try as it is a rougher version of circuit training in a functional training gym. If you are not joining the race, a session is worth less than P200.

This is really hardcore, which means this is a very interesting event to join in for runners and sporty people.

this is a nice cross training for both upper and lower body,... and a chance to feel like your an army of the phil.
