One of the perks of joining, Karera Lakas Pilipinas is the opportunity to workout at the Marine Fitness Park. Here are our marine servicemen showing us how it is done.
A session includes doing situps, rope climbs, parallel bars, tire flips, running through tires, ropes, pullups, pushups and a lot more.
This is worth a try as it is a rougher version of circuit training in a functional training gym. If you are not joining the race, a session is worth less than P200.
